Building on the legacy of George Smart

In 1966, George Smart established Arnold House as a Charitable Educational Trust after 27 years as Headmaster. In recognition of his contribution and to honour his memory, we have founded The George Smart Society for those who wish to leave a legacy to the School. Leaving a bequest in your Will is a permanent and special way to support the School which has made an impact on the lives of so many. We hope that, when you have provided in your Will for those closest to you, you will also want to remember Arnold House.

On this page you can download a brochure which I trust you will find interesting. It explains why Arnold House needs financial support and how to leave a legacy to the School. Also attached are some wording suggestions you may want to use, should you wish to remember Arnold House in this way.

Please help Arnold House to build on its history and reputation, and to secure the future of this remarkable institution for future generations. You would be joining the growing group of people who have decided to make a bequest in favour of the School as a way of expressing their appreciation.
