With the state-of-the-art facilities at Canons Park at their disposal, our boys are truly spoilt with the options for activites and games.

The Canons Park Activity Centre lies 8 miles from St John's Wood near Edgware.

Originally owned by the Working Men's College, the grounds were purchased by Arnold House in 1992 and since then continual developments have occurred. Using the Jubilee Line on the underground to Canons Park station or travelling by coach from Loudoun Road takes around 35 minutes. Once there, the boys are incredibly fortunate to have the use of their own facilities at the seven and a half acre site including grass and artificial surfaces for sport, two rooms which can be used as classrooms and a hall that becomes a theatre space when the electronic seating is utilised.

As well as Games afternoons, when different year groups train or play matches against other schools, there are a number of other ways in which the centre is used. Groups of pupils visit for 'Canons Park days' which include: a Year 1 Tractor Day and visit to the adjoining park, a Year 2 Victorian Homelife and Toys experience and an overnight camping experience for Year 4. In addition, the hall hosts music concerts and the drama productions for Years 3 to 6.

The Centre has close links with the local community providing a meeting space for the Friends of Canons Park and other similar organisations. The hall hosts Aikido and Tai Chi groups in the evenings and there is a bowling green that is the home to Lupton Bowls Club and the tennis courts are used by the Acorn Lawn Tennis Club. Over the summer cricket matches are also played at Canons Park by various cricket clubs and teams.
