http://www.cool-reads.co.uk/ - set up by two brothers, Tim and Chris Cross, when they were 11 and 13, in 2001 and still going strong, this is reviews of books for 10-15 year olds written by 10-15 year olds. You can become a reviewer yourself, or just read what other kids think about titles you've read, or want to read.
